This is a beautiful piece of work and quite amazing that it was achieved with a mouse rather than a tablet and pen as others have remarked. The colouring is restrained, subtle and tastefully done.
To look at it with a hyper-critical eye and from a super-realism perspective, I would point a few small imperfections in technique: 1. Matching the position and shading of both eyes (left one seems higher and without similar shading that has been applied to right one - resulting in 'black eye' effect on right one) 2. Where the lower nose/nostrils connect with top of mouth seems incorrectly drawn/joined.
None of the tiny imperfections detract in any way from what is really a wonderful and sensitively created work of art. Some might even say that its the little imperfections that give it its unique character.
